Our Graduates

A note from the counseling center:

As CVC’s College and Guidance Counselor, I am privileged to serve our students through their high school career.  Our mission statement includes a promise to equip and inspire hearts and minds.  Because of this commitment, all of our core academic classes are recognized on the University of California’s “a-g” list as college prep classes.  To assist our students in preparing well for their post-high school opportunities, guidance is provided and tailored to the specific needs of each student’s four distinct years of high school.

CVC provides an opportunity for our students to be well prepared to go where God sends them. Whether it’s to a community college, 4-year university or a specialty school – all of our classes are taught from a Biblical, Christian worldview that allows our students to step into the real world with confidence.

Hear from our grads:

  • CVC set me up with a solid foundation for after high school. I was able to attend Trinity Christian College and got in without a problem and was part of their Elementary Education program. I was one of the first students of my graduating class to secure a teaching position post-college. I had a strong foundation academically to succeed and the drive to find God’s plan for my life.

  • I appreciated being challenged at CVC academically as well as in my faith. I loved knowing everyone (faculty and students) on a first name basis and I enjoy returning to CVC and seeing past faculty/classmates continue to support CVC. What an awesome community we have!

  • The CVC education immensely impacted my college experience.  I was prepared better than any of my classmates in college due to the high level of education received.

  • I am thankful for the elementary teachers that engraved all the bible stories and some of those memory verses that I can still recite.

  • Academically, I believe CVC is a school that pushes their students to be the best they can be while keeping God front and center.

  • Having gone through 13 years of education at CVC, and being built up in knowledge and faith by Christ-following teachers all along the way, it is a blessing to now be teaching here, to participate in the other side of the CVC legacy.
